### What counts as a "meeting" on the free tier?

Each meeting that Ting books, rebooks, or manages on your behalf counts toward your monthly limit. Emails where Ting checks in or sends a brief don't count - only actual scheduling actions do.

### Do I need to add my credit card to start?

No. The free tier requires no payment details at all. You only need a card if you upgrade to Pro.

### Can I cancel Pro at any time?

Yes, no questions asked. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period and then roll back to the free tier automatically.

### What is a design partnership for teams?
